Refund policy

Your satisfaction and trust in Radiome are our highest priorities. We stand behind the scientific integrity and quality of our products. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair experience.

1. Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that meet the following criteria. A return request must be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Eligible for Return:
You received a wrong or different product from what you ordered.
The product arrived in a physically damaged condition (leaked, broken).
The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

Not Eligible for Return:
The product has been opened, used, or altered from its original condition.
The original packaging, including the box and any seals, is missing.
The return request is initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The return is requested due to a "change of mind."

2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Promptly: Email our customer care team at support@radiomeskin.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. For claims of damage in transit, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing the return.

Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and the evidence provided. We will respond within 48 business hours with the status of your return request.

3. The Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Our courier partner will pick up the package within 2-4 business days.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product arrives at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
After the inspection is successfully completed, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed from our end.

5. Order Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please email us at support@radiomeskin.in as soon as possible with your Order ID to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
