Shipping policy

At Radiome, we are committed to delivering your products with the utmost care and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure that the intelligent skincare you’ve chosen arrives at your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process across India.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center in Mumbai within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order's tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (PAN India)
We are proud to serve our customers across the entire country.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch.
Mumbai (MMR): 1-2 business days
Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.): 3-5 business days
Rest of India (Tier II & III cities, remote locations): 5-8 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the website of our courier partner. You can use this to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Radiome is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact our customer care team immediately.
